Chandra and David have been married for 27 years and often work together as a counseling team for couples, providing holistic care through a blend of joint and individual sessions.
Chandra Buss, m.S., LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Chandra brings over two decades of high-pressure healthcare experience to her counseling practice. As a retired ER nurse, she has a profound understanding of trauma, anxiety, and the unique stresses faced by frontline first responders. Chandra offers a compassionate, down-to-earth approach that integrates faith as much or as little as the client chooses, focusing on whole-person restoration in a nonjudgmental environment.
Robbie Buss
Receptionist, OutReach Specialist
Robbie is the welcoming face of our practice. Robbie helps keep the office running smoothly by supporting scheduling and day-to-day front desk needs, while also helping supervise children when parents are in session. With a calm, welcoming presence and a commitment to discretion and respect, Robbie helps create an environment where clients feel cared for from the moment they arrive.
Jesse Ainsworth
Chaplain Intern & Outreach Volunteer
Jesse Ainsworth serves as Volunteer Support Staff. As an ordained minister, Jesse brings a steady, compassionate presence and a heart for serving others. He supports the team with behind-the-scenes help that contributes to a welcoming, respectful environment for clients and families. Jesse is honored to be part of a faith-based, client-centered practice committed to whole-person care.
David Buss, M.S., M.A.
Ordained Chaplain & Retired Law Enforcement
With a foundation in both law enforcement and ministry, David provides a unique perspective on resilience and spiritual growth. As a retired officer and an Ordained Chaplain, he specializes in supporting the mental and spiritual wellbeing of first responders and couples. David's style is nonjudgmental and client-led, meeting individuals where they are to help them navigate life’s challenges from a Christian perspective.
Benjamin McBride
Volunteer Support Staff
Benjamin McBride serves as Volunteer Support Staff, providing operational and administrative support to help ensure a smooth client experience. His work focuses on assisting with routine office needs and supporting the team’s mission of offering faith-based, integrative care. Benjamin brings a service-minded, dependable approach and values creating a respectful, welcoming environment for every individual who walks through the door.
