Individual Counseling
Individual therapy offers a safe, supportive environment to explore life’s challenges, heal from past wounds, and discover your best self. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or simply searching for deeper meaning, our counseling blends evidence-based techniques—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy—with a compassionate, faith-integrated approach. We honor and incorporate your faith of choice, creating a personalized path to lasting healing and growth.
Session fees range from $75 to $150.

Couples Counseling
Couples counseling offers a safe, supportive space to strengthen your relationship and build lasting connection. Choose traditional 50-minute sessions with a Licensed Professional Counselor or Pastoral Counselor, focused on communication, emotional needs, and real intimacy.
For deeper challenges—like infidelity, pornography addiction—or those who want to dive deep our Team Approach with married counselors of 27 years. Alternating individual and joint sessions provide balanced perspective for relationship transformation.
Session fees range from $120 to $250.

Pastoral Care / Life Coaching
Pastoral Counseling and Life Coaching offer a supportive, faith-based space for personal and relationship growth. Choose individual sessions for spiritual guidance, emotional support, and life transitions, or marriage and couples sessions to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen connection—all blending biblical wisdom and practical strategies.
Our pastoral and coaching services are supervised by our licensed professional counseling team, ensuring safe, ethical, and effective care from both spiritual and clinical perspectives.
Session fees are $60 for individual sessions and $120 for couples sessions.
Insurance is not accepted for pastoral counseling or life coaching.

How do I get started?

What happens in the first session?
The first session is a chance to get to know one another, clarify your goals, and talk through a treatment plan. There is no pressure; we move forward at your comfort level.
What is a typical session duration?
Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes. Couples and team-based sessions may vary slightly in length to ensure adequate time for both joint discussion and individual perspectives.
What is the difference between clinical counseling, pastoral counseling, and life coaching?
Clinical counseling is provided by licensed professionals, uses evidence-based therapies for mental health, and is billable to insurance. Pastoral counseling and life coaching focus on spiritual growth and life transitions via cash pay. All services are supervised by our clinical staff.
Can I switch between clinical counseling, pastoral counseling, and coaching?
Yes. We can help you decide which service fits best, and you are welcome to move between options as your healing journey or comfort level changes over time.
What if I’m not sure which counselor or coach to choose?
That is very common. We can talk through your specific needs and preferences to help match you with a provider who is the best fit for your goals and personality.
What level of faith integration is offered?
We honor your journey. We offer as much or as little faith integration as you choose, from a purely clinical approach to deeply rooted Christian principles for those seeking spiritual growth alongside mental healthcare.
Are there resources or support between sessions?
Yes. We provide worksheets, online resources, and tailored recommendations to support your progress between sessions. Ask your counselor or coach for options that fit your specific goals.
How do you handle scheduling for first responders?
As retired first responders, we understand shift work. We offer flexible scheduling Tuesday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and through our online portal. We can also accommodate sessions outside regular hours for special needs cases.
Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. We follow strict confidentiality and HIPAA-compliant standards for all services, including clinical counseling, pastoral counseling, and life coaching.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a late fee. This allows others to access the support they need.
